You don’t have to be present to win. The winners will be notified by the telephone #
that is listed on raffle ticket.
All entries must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a State issued Identification card. The name on raffle ticket must match
the state issued ID. DO NOT put a minor’s name on ticket. This will void your entry
and no refund will be given.
Winner of the Jeep & other prizes shall take delivery of the winning items in
Gulfport or Long Beach, MS and responsible for all taxes, fees, costs to transfer &
licensing of the Jeep and shall agree to indemnify & hold C4AC (Costumes for a
Cause), their members or sponsors harmless from claims, damages, and expenses
relative to the Jeep and other raffle prizes following its delivery. Winner must also
present proof of insurance before taking ownership.
Winners will be responsible for setting up delivery or shipping arrangements if
unable to pick up in person.
Winner must take ownership of the Jeep & other prizes within 30 days of drawing or
he/she will lose rights to prize on the 31st day. If prize is not claimed within these
30 days, C4AC will then do a live video drawing for another winning ticket.
